ONM reported on 2 April that Redwan Haji Bakar of Saadiqa Tokkichumma village, Robe Dida’a district, Arsi, was taken from his home and shot dead by government forces on or around 28 March. On the same day, a girl from the same village named Bulbulee Haji Faqo was severely beaten and described as being ‘between life and death.’
