On 26 March, ENDF attacked and stole money and phones from Biranu Kabada and Bulti Nagasa, and severely beat Takala Fixe, in Addaa suburb of Jimma city (ONM, 29 March). Hairdressers, Tsaye Wandimu Mangasha and Gadisee Alamayo Qano of Alebanta village, Haru district, West Wallega, were detained on 26 March, accused of acting as hairdressers for OLA (ONM 29 March).
