Gudata Tolu Gadafa, a 17 year-old 11th Grade student, was abducted by government forces from his home in Burqitu Obora village, Horo district, Horo Guduru, at 4.00 a.m. on 15 March, falsely accused of having links with OLA and summarily executed. Kafalo Fiqadu, from ‘Agamsa village’, Sulula Finca’aa district, Horo Guduru, was killed on 15 March when a federal police vehicle deliberately ran him over near Campus 4 when he was on his way home from business.
