Abbaas Ahmad (shown left), from Dargee Toobbaraa village, Mana Sibu district, West Wallega, had been taken to Mandi hospital in East Wallega. He went out of the hospital to buy food when he was captured by government security forces and shot dead ‘on July 18, 2024, at around 6:00 p.m.’
