Milo Urgessa (right), father of two and younger brother of OLF political officer and peace advocate Bate Urgessa, remains in detention, despite a court order for his release, as OSG went to press. He was arrested on 11 April after the funeral of his brother, who was assassinated by Ethiopian security forces during the night of 9/10 April (see OSG Report 66, pp.8-9).
