OSG comment The excellent, well-researched and detailed account by OAA, above, shows how the Karrayyu and their rich, ancient and venerated culture, are regarded as mere disposable assets by Prosperity Party leaders and, like all of Ethiopia’s peoples, their individual and group rights which are guaranteed in the Ethiopian Constitution are completely and utterly ignored. The attacks described above were reported inaccurately and in much less detail by OSG in March (p.12, Report 65), relying on a report by OMN in February.
