Activist Chaltu Takele arrested in pre-dawn raid on her parents' home in Shambu

Police broke into her parents' home in Shambu at 5 a.m. on 26 January 2020 and arrested political activist Chaltu Takele, who had already spent over eight years in prison for alleged OLF membership. She was held at Shambu police station.
