Killing by Oromia special forces in Nekemte, East Wollega (7 Dec 2022)

Relief Web 7 December 2022 reported the killing by Amhara forces of at least 11 in Kiramu district, East Wallega, on 29 November, including a Kiramu District Court judge. OLLAA wrote that the entire population of 19 villages in Kiramu district was displaced after attacks on 25 and 29 November. More civilians were also killed in Agamsa town on 29 November. Addis Standard 3 December corroborated the attacks in Kiramu on 25 and 29 November. The murdered District Court Judge, Damtew Kefyalew Gemeda (right) was one of those killed on the second attack.
