OFC East Wollega coordinator detained, beaten and chained by security forces, then disappears

An OFC central committee member and East Wollega coordinator was taken from his workplace by government security forces on 18 October 2022 and held at the security office in Nekemte, where he was severely beaten and kept in chains so he could not eat food brought by his family. He has been missing since 23 October 2022.
