Killing by government forces in Karrayyu, East Shewa (15 Oct 2022)

Karrayyu Gadaa leader Boru Roba (left) was shot dead by Oromia Region government forces on 15 October in Fantalle district (Addis Standard). On the same day, his sister and brother and two others were abducted and taken away to a military camp in Gidara village. Boru Roba was taken from his home in Bomissa, Tututi village, made to lie down on the ground and shot in the head, ‘in public view’.
