Human Rights League of the Horn of Africa (HRLHA) reported on 29 September 2022 that indiscriminate attacks on civilians in Jardega-Jarte, Abe-Dongoro, Horo-Buluk and Amuru districts of Horo Guduru zone had continued throughout September, with numerous deaths, burning of homes and the looting of cattle.
