Four reports referred to beating alone and one to the severe beating of Nagaroo Salbaanee, from Gobu in Gida Ayana district who was detained on 30 June for just one night by militia in a military camp, badly beaten and dumped unconscious on the roadside next morning – forbidden from seeking medical assistance.
