Detention in West Arsi (21 Jun 2026)

On 21 June, the same day as the execution of detainees in Gadab Hasaasaa district, West Arsi (see above), elderly farmers in the district, including twelve named by ONM, were detained on the pretext of their sons being members of OLA. They were held in the same district prison, from where detainees were taken and shot.
