ONM reported on 13 June that armed gangsters of the ‘120 group’ which have worked in cooperation with the Koree Nageenya apparatus to intimidate, imprison and kill Oromo in West Showa, had extended their operations to Burayu, west of Finfinnee in the Special Zone around the capital. They were reported to be active in Kattaa, Gujee, Gafarsaa and other districts of Burayu sub-city and to be responsible for the detention, among many others, of the manager of the Awash Bank in Katta for three days.
