In its annual report for 2025, OLLAA claimed that among the killings was that of 23 -year old Dofte Dalu in Badi Qallu Kebele, Lemu Bilbilo district in December 2025. The organisation claimed that OLA was responsible. ONM reported that four detainees were killed and at least twenty wounded when security forces opened fire at Lokkee prison, Siraro district, West Arsi, on 2 June. ONM named six elders who were given money to ‘buy the silence’ of the detainees’ families.
