Torture / ill-treatment by government forces in Dawo, South West Shewa (26 May 2026)

An elderly couple were arrested and a farmer, Bayisa Dandana, was shot and wounded by government forces in Dawo district on 26 May for allegedly supporting OLA. Caala Caka, a villager in Qarsa Mallima district, was beaten on 15 June for harbouring a deserting soldier (ONM).
