Allaamuddiin Shifaa was shot and injured in Cammoo kebele, Haro Sabu district, Qellem, on 3 February, falsely accused of having an association with OLA. ONM reported that many were being shot and killed in the neighbourhood, to terrorise the community. Other abuses In collating reports of the many abuses meted out to innocent civilians it is often impossible to categorise them into detention, beating, looting, extortion etc., because they are interrelated.
