ONM reported that Tolaa Jamaal Adam, a farmer in Jeenaa Ulul, Robe district, Arsi, was shot dead by ENDF soldiers on 1 February ‘in public’ at a place known as Kalchabaa. His neighbour, Kadir Amaan Abdulqaadir, also a farmer, was critically injured. Both were wrongly accused of supporting OLA.
