An innocent man described as elderly by ONM, Ismaa’il Abdallaa, was summarily executed by ENDF in Ashunfa village, Qondala district, West Wallega, on 30 January. A youngster named Gadisa Tasfa Ragassa was also summarily executed in Uchee, Darimu district, Illubabor, on 1 February.
